Job summary

Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Data Science Analyst II for the Pharmacy Analytics team. This remote role requires occasional onsite presence in New York to support data analysis, reporting, and automation that improves pharmacy financial performance, operations, and clinical decision-making.

You will work with Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Oracle Cloud, Azure, and other sources to build dashboards and optimize SQL queries, contributing to drug spend tracking, waste reduction, and 340B

Qualifications

BA or BS degree minimum; Master’s preferred.
5+ years analytics development experience, healthcare-focused.
Strong SQL, Tableau, Excel skills.
Experience with Epic Clarity, Caboodle, and Oracle Cloud.
Understanding of 340B, hospital pharmacy operations, and data governance.

Responsibilities

Analyze data requests across multiple data sources (enrollment, claims, pharmacy, clinical, financial) to support BI needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and BI tool needs.
Develop and present reports and analyses to senior management as required.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytics best practices.
