Qualifications

• To qualify you must have a PhD and 3 years of experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level oversight of quantitative analyses conducted by CSTAR staff.
• Guide development and execution of analytic strategies and modeling across studies.
• Review outputs for rigor, reproducibility, and adherence to protocols.
• Supervise research staff and support onboarding and professional development.
• Collaborate with investigators and partners to translate questions into analyses.
