Qualifications

• MS degree with 2–4 years of research experience in epidemiology or health services research.
• Experience with SRTR, USRDS, CMS claims, or EHR data preferred.
• Ability to communicate findings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PIs and teams to design and implement research studies.
• Conduct independent statistical analyses and interpret results.
• Mentor junior researchers and coordinate cross-project activities.
• Prepare manuscripts, abstracts, and grant-related documents.
