Job summary

Magellan Health is seeking a senior data analytics professional to support the Personal Financial Counselor (PFC) program's financial disclosure and COI compliance. You will analyze compliance data, develop dashboards, and provide insights to leadership for oversight and decision-making.

You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, build reporting solutions, and help ensure timely, accurate program execution in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of related analytical experience.
• Advanced experience in quantitative and qualitative research, trend analysis, and program evaluation.
• Ability to develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI/reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Provides senior-level data, reporting, and BI support for the PFC program's financial disclosure and COI program.
• Analyzes compliance data and develops weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for leadership.
• Develops dashboards and scorecards to support program decisions and oversight.
• Supports disclosure management, certification monitoring, and audit preparation.
• Promotes accurate, timely, and consistent execution of disclosure and compliance processes.
