Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a Sr. Reporting and Analytics Lead to deliver advanced dashboards, reporting, and AI/ML capabilities for the CMM program across 204+ federal courts.

You will lead data governance, analytics engineering, and ML initiatives to enable data-driven decision-making with strict federal compliance. The role requires 12+ years in information systems and expertise in Python, SQL, and BI tools, with a focus on secure, scalable analytics for government

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree with 12+ years in information systems, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in python, SQL and large-scale data transformations.
• Hands-on BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik).
• Advanced SQL and data models/semantic layers.
• Experience delivering reporting in regulated/high-sensitivity environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate configurable dashboards and predictive analytics.
• Coordinate data replication to support downstream stakeholders.
• Monitor SLA performance for analytical queries and dashboards.
• Drive user adoption of dashboards and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and UX designers for integration.
• Translate reporting requirements into designs, models, and datasets.
• Build and enhance dashboards/reports ensuring performance at scale.
• Implement and validate SQL logic and metric definitions.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering to improve data readiness for reporting.
• Apply visualization standards and maintain documentation for reports.
• Lead AI/ML solution design and implementation with government compliance.
• Maintain a master AI/ML Capability Register with status tracking.
• Implement responsible AI/ML practices aligned with federal requirements.
