Job summary

GDIT is seeking a BI Architect to join the CMM Data Modernization and Governance team, delivering integrated BI/analytics, dashboards, and AI/ML capabilities for the Administrative Office of the US Courts.

You will design data architecture, develop dashboards, ensure performance SLAs, and collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to drive data-driven decision support in a highly regulated federal environment.

Qualifications

• MA/MS degree with 10+ years of information systems experience
• 8+ years of specialized BI/Analytics experience
• Expertise in Python, SQL and data transformations
• Hands-on experience with BI tools and data models
• Experience with regulated or high-sensitivity data environments

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end BI & data architecture for the CMM application
• Develop dashboards, self-service reporting, and predictive analytics
• Coordinate data replication or feeds for downstream stakeholders
• Ensure SLA performance and dashboard load times under five seconds
• Drive user adoption and coordinate with product owners and data engineers
• Translate business KPIs into technical designs and insights
• Build and enhance dashboards in approved BI tools
• Enforce data governance, privacy, and security standards
• Support AI/ML capabilities within government compliance
