Job summary

Triad Financial Services Inc is seeking a Reporting Analyst in Jacksonville, FL to expand and optimize our data and reporting pipeline architecture. You will support business, reporting and data teams on reporting initiatives, ensuring consistent reporting delivery across projects.

The role requires self-direction to support multiple teams and products and includes monitoring junior analysts' performance. You will review requirements, assemble large data sets, automate reports via SSRS

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS and SSIS.
Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases and query authoring.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills to collect, measure, organize, and analyze data.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3+ years’ experience in an analyst or similar role preferred.
1+ years in Mortgage Servicing Industry strongly preferred.
Experience with ETL processes preferred.

Responsibilities

Review business requirements and ensure completeness and accuracy.
Assemble large, complex data sets meeting business needs.
Identify and implement internal process improvements to automate reports and optimize data delivery.
Collaborate with data and analytics teams to enhance reporting functionality.
Create advanced or complex reports using T-SQL per business requirements.
