Resourcesoft, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst in Texas to lead requirements gathering and data-driven reporting initiatives.

You will translate complex business needs into technical solutions, develop robust Power BI reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and effective decision support across projects. The role emphasizes UAT coordination, training, documentation, and strong communication skills to drive successful implementations and publication

Formación

• 8+ years of business analysis, requirements gathering, and enterprise report development.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Snowflake for data analysis, reporting, visualization, and data-driven solutions.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions with business and development teams.
• Experience with data analysis, root-cause analysis, data flows, report development, and public data publishing.
• Experience with user acceptance testing, implementation support, training, process analysis, and requirements documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data, reporting, and application initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reports, data mappings, process flows, and documentation supporting interconnected projects.
• Analyze datasets and investigate data-quality issues to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Create reporting solutions and support publishing datasets to external portals and web-based platforms.
• Develop and validate UAT scenarios while coordinating testing, training, and production implementation activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions and maintain consistent analysis deliverables.
