Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Oakland is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst III to drive risk adjustment accuracy and financial performance across Medicare Advantage, ACA, and Medicaid programs. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in specified fields and minimum 3 years data analytics experience.
Equivalent work experience may substitute for degree requirement.
KSAs include data extraction, visualization, statistical programming, relational databases, project management, and business planning.

Responsibilities

Supports data-informed decisions by gathering data on targeted variables and preparing data for analysis (systematic approach).
Develops, implements, and automates reporting solutions and BI outputs with stakeholders.
Validates data sources, merges data, and provides training and documentation for users.
Prepares data for analytic efforts by cleaning and creating final datasets for analysis.
Communicates results and storytelling to stakeholders to enable decision making.
