Qualifications

• 8 years IT experience in a support or operations environment (11 years if no Bachelor's).
• 4 years hands-on experience in network/telephony systems and user support.
• 2 years in a leadership or lead role working with IT/operational teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience substituted year-for-year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and scale enterprise reporting and analytics across contact center platforms, emphasizing NICE CXone.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Ensure high data quality and accuracy across ACD reporting and telephony metrics.
• Lead configuration, setup, and support of network/telephony hardware, VoIP, and ACD call flows.
• Serve as a Tier 1–3 escalation point and mentor junior staff.
