Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Senior Data Quality Analyst to design, implement, and operationalize enterprise data quality and observability capabilities. You will monitor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across domains while collaborating with data engineers, stewards, and business partners.

The role supports a hybrid schedule with two days in the office and three days remote. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data analysis or data quality roles, strong SQL and Excel skills,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis, data quality, or data management roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and data profiling experience.
• Strong SQL for data cleansing and validation across large datasets.
• Experience with modern DQ and observability tools like Monte Carlo, Great Expectations, Soda, or Datafold.
• Familiarity with AWS data services and Snowflake or similar cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain data validation and profiling routines across sources using SQL, Python, and DQ tools.
• Build data quality dashboards and scorecards to track key metrics and trends.
• Partner with engineering and stewardship teams to remediate data issues and define SOPs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to embed quality checks in ingestion and curation pipelines.
• Define alerting and incident management processes for data anomalies.
