Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is modernizing its data and AI platforms to unlock trusted, actionable insights. The Senior Data Quality Analyst will design and operate data quality capabilities, collaborate with data engineers and stewards, and drive governance and observability across critical domains.

The role supports a flexible hybrid schedule with two days in the office and three remote days, and can be performed from any Breakthru Beverage office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a data-related field.
• 5+ years in data analysis, data quality, or data management roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong SQL expertise.
• Experience with data validation, profiling, and reconciliation across large datasets.
• Familiarity with modern data quality tools (Monte Carlo, Great Expectations, Soda, Datafold).
• Knowledge of AWS data services and Snowflake or similar cloud-native platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical findings to business insights.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality Execution: develop and maintain data validation, profiling, and reconciliation routines using SQL, Python, and modern DQ tools.
• Platform Enablement: integrate quality checks into ingestion/curation pipelines (dbt, Airflow) and support alerting/incidents.
• Governance and Stewardship: align with MDM and data governance standards; roll out data quality SLAs.
• Continuous Improvement: automate checks and improve the DQ framework; support data literacy across teams.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
