Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Senior Data Quality Analyst to design, implement, and operate data quality and observability capabilities. You will work with data engineers, stewards, and business partners to monitor data accuracy and consistency across critical domains.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, and data quality tool experience, with a hybrid work model (two days in the office, three days remote). This position can be performed from any BBG office location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Data management or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data quality, or data management roles.
• Strong SQL skills with data profiling, cleansing, and validation across large datasets.
• Experience with modern DQ and observability tools like Monte Carlo, GE, Soda, or Datafold.
• Familiarity with AWS data services, Snowflake or other cloud-native data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality Execution: develop, implement, and maintain data validation, profiling, and reconciliation routines using SQL, Python, and modern DQ tools.
• Platform Enablement: integrate data quality and observability tools with BBG’s Snowflake-on-AWS Datahub and pipelines (dbt, Airflow).
• Governance and Stewardship: align with MDM and data governance standards and SLA rollout.
• Continuous Improvement: automate data quality checks and improve the enterprise DQ framework.
