Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to lead the implementation, modernization, and optimization of enterprise Data Protection environments. This customer-facing, delivery-focused role translates business and technical requirements into scalable, resilient solutions while driving complex infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise across Data Protection platforms, cloud technologies, ransomware protection, and infrastructure modernization, with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Hands-on enterprise Data Protection delivery experience in consulting or services.
• Deep knowledge of Cohesity, Commvault, Rubrik and Dell Data Protection suite.
• Experience with SAN, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and multi-site tech.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to coordinate across delivery teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Architect and configure backup platforms for data protection and recovery.
• Lead deployment across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to align scope and outcomes.
• Develop operation procedures, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement guidance.
