Harper James is seeking a Partner – Head of Data Protection to lead and develop our data protection team. The role involves hands-on client work and strategic team leadership across UK and European data protection matters, including GDPR compliance, DPIAs, data transfers, and innovative tech issues.

You’ll manage and grow client relationships, shape service delivery, and work remotely with access to meeting spaces in multiple UK cities. A senior solicitor with 10+ PQE is expected.

• Senior data protection solicitor with 10+ years PQE in UK and European data protection law.
• Experience leading and developing a team of data protection lawyers.
