You will translate regulatory and privacy requirements into practical controls, and lead processes for discovery, classification, labeling, access, monitoring, retention and DLP across the IT environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, IT, CS, risk management or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data protection, information security, or risk management.
• Experience building data protection capabilities and programs.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the data protection program across the bank.
• Translate policy, regulatory, privacy and risk requirements into practical controls.
• Develop, implement and monitor data discovery, classification and DLP processes.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive decisions.
