Job summary

Empower in the United States is seeking an experienced Data Program Manager to lead data initiatives across engineering, analytics and business teams. You will own requirements, roadmaps and delivery for data development, operations and analytics projects.

The role requires 8+ years in data projects and strong Agile and stakeholder-management skills. Familiarity with Tableau and Splunk is a plus, and a Scrum certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Scrum certification required.
• 8+ years of experience on data projects and in PM roles.
• Experience with data platforms, BI and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data initiatives involving Data Engineers, DBAs, Salesforce Engineers and Data Analysts.
• Own requirements, roadmaps and delivery across data development, operations and analytics initiatives.
• Manage multiple complex projects and milestones, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Communicate goals, risks and progress to stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, Product, Advisory and other teams.
