Job summary

K&L Gates is seeking a Data Program Manager to lead enterprise data initiatives, manage roadmaps, budgets, and timelines. The role collaborates with engineering, analytics, AI, and business teams to ensure timely delivery and measurable value.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Engineering, this senior individual contributor position requires strong self-starting capability, excellent communication, and a commitment to client service excellence in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have PMP or equivalent experience in program management.
• Experience translating business needs into program requirements and milestones.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the roadmap for enterprise data programs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data initiatives and manage timelines.
• Plan, manage, and report program budgets and forecasts.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure program value and success.
• Oversee testing strategies at the program level and ensure quality standards.
