Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Data Project Manager to coordinate enterprise data initiatives on-site in Morrisville, NC. The role focuses on leading data programs, building scalable pipelines with Snowflake and DBT, and ensuring data quality across platforms.

You will work with client stakeholders, POs, and distributed teams to plan tasks, resolve dependencies, and drive SDLC activities with strong Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall experience in data programs.
• Experience leading data engineering programs across multiple teams/geographies.

Responsibilities

• Data program management and overall data project coordination.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, POs, and offshore/onshore teams for task planning and dependencies across the SDLC.
• Design and build scalable data pipelines and integrations using Snowflake, DBT, and SQL Server to support analytics.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to support reporting needs and data models in Snowflake.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across platforms.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using DBT and SQL.
• Coordinate with Persistent teams for day-to-day tasks.
