Empower seeks a Sr Manager Data Products & Strategy to lead data product initiatives in a highly regulated financial services setting. You will translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, guide multiple teams, and collaborate with governance, risk, and technology to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, data, analytics, technology, or related disciplines.
• 2 to 5+ years of management or people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Experience with data governance practices, including metadata management and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into data product strategy and translate into roadmaps and deliverables.
• Manage data product portfolios across domains such as advisor, customer, accounts, and risk.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, dependencies, and resources.
• Lead and manage a team of Data Product Managers.
• Ensure product plans have defined objectives, measures, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with data engineering, analytics, and technology teams.
