Job summary

Incedo Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Product Owner to lead a strategic wealth management transformation.

You will bridge business stakeholders with technology teams, shaping the vision, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise data products that support advisor platforms, operations, and client analytics. You will partner with executives, data engineers, governance, and analytics teams to deliver scalable data solutions, drive adoption, measure impact with KPIs, and improve decision-making and client

Qualifications

7–10+ years leading product ownership roles in data/BI environments.
Experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, BI, or data platforms.
Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and product delivery practices.
Proven ability writing user stories and managing backlogs.
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
Excellent communication and requirements-gathering skills.
Domain expertise in Wealth Management or related financial services.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise data products from ideation to adoption.
Collaborate with wealth management, operations, compliance, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
Define product vision, roadmaps, value propositions, and success metrics.
Translate objectives into epics, features, and user stories for Agile teams.
Prioritize backlogs based on value, regulatory needs, and strategy.
Work with data engineering, architecture, analytics, governance, and reporting teams.
Drive enterprise reporting, dashboards, data marts, and analytics initiatives.
Ensure governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, releases, and demos.
Serve as liaison between business and technical teams throughout lifecycle.
Measure adoption, performance, and business impact using KPIs.
