Job summary

Scientific Games is seeking a Working-lead, data products professional to own the definition quality for high‑complexity opportunities in the Data Products portfolio. You will guide problem framing to Ready-to-Build handoff and model excellence through decisions and standards.

You will partner with Platform Engineering, DS/ML and business stakeholders, setting the bar for others while operating with limited formal authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in data, analytics, or product with end-to-end product definition ownership.
• Ability to write structured product specs, business metric tables, and agent context documents.
• Fluency with Databricks, Teams, and Dynamics to inform deployment decisions.
• Working leadership instinct and ability to set standards without direct authority.
• Influence peers through standards, documentation, and coaching.
• Operating model discipline managing boundaries with Platform Engineering and DS/ML.

Responsibilities

• Own output quality across the full product definition lifecycle.
• Set the standard for well-defined opportunities and demonstrate it directly in your work.
• Make the call on what moves forward.
• Build repeatable methods and templates for Analysts to execute without constant involvement.
• Author product definitions, metrics tables, and agent context specs.
