You will partner with Platform Engineering, Data Science/ML, and business stakeholders, craft product definitions, metrics, and agent context docs, and guide deployment channel decisions while maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in data, analytics, or product
Demonstrated ability to write structured product specs, metrics, and context docs
Fluent in deploying or influencing Databricks, Teams, or Dynamics deployments
Hands-on, working-lead style; ability to set standards by example
Strong boundary management between Platform Engineering and DS/ML

Responsibilities

Own the highest-complexity opportunities from problem framing to Ready-to-Build handoff
Set the standard for well-defined opportunities and demonstrate it
Influence deployment channel decisions (Databricks-native, Teams, Dynamics)
Maintain business-context layer: metric definitions, metadata, decision rules
Lead cross-functional reviews with Platform Engineering and DS/ML
Provide direct coaching and standards to Solutions Analysts without direct reporting lines
