Job summary

Moser Consulting seeks a Data Product Owner to partner with clients, shaping high-value analytics and AI initiatives. You’ll translate business needs into actionable backlogs and guide delivery teams across multiple clients in a service-based analytics environment.

Based in the Indianapolis area, you will lead, influence, and collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and consultants to expand data-driven opportunities, improving client outcomes and driving value across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, data strategy, software development, or BI/AI solution delivery, with client-facing experience
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and executives
• Experience translating business needs into analytics initiatives
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and AI technologies
• Proven track record in operational efficiency, innovation, and client relationship management
• Experience leading and supporting complex projects in a multi-client delivery environment
• Strong collaboration, empathy, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in service delivery, process improvement, and resource management
• Exceptional client communication and storytelling to engage technical and executive stakeholders
• Excellent facilitation and discovery skills
• Reside near the Indianapolis market or willing to travel quarterly for client visits

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders, end users, and executives to understand goals, challenges and opportunities
• Lead conversations that help stakeholders envision new possibilities with data analytics, automation, and AI
• Educate clients on possibilities across dashboards, automation, AI use cases, and data platform modernization
• Translate business needs into analytics initiatives and prioritized backlogs
• Define and maintain outcome-driven delivery backlogs across multiple clients
• Prioritize work based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment
• Guide solution direction and ensure delivery across teams
• Serve as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams
• Drive adoption and change management
• Identify new use cases and opportunities to expand engagement
