MongoDB is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager for its Internal Data team. You will lead the strategy and ownership of data products used across Product and Technology, delivering pipelines, datasets, dashboards, APIs, ML models, and playbooks to empower AI and BI.

The role offers flexibility to be based in Palo Alto, San Francisco, New York, or remotely on the East Coast. You will partner with analysts, engineers, and senior leadership to define roadmaps, measure impact, and drive adoption

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, with at least two years focused on data products or platforms at a modern, fast-paced, high-growth company.
• Experience with stakeholders in advanced engineering organizations is critical; strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
• Strong technical foundation in data engineering, analytics, and data products.
• Deep familiarity with modern data platforms, scalable architecture (lakehouses, medallion data), and tools that operationalize insights at enterprise scale.

Responsabilidades

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MongoDB’s Data teams and products.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to address challenges and workflows.
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure success and iterate on improvements.
• Build user-friendly documentation and onboarding materials for data products to drive adoption.
• Announce new features and data products with targeted marketing to drive adoption across teams.
• Own and drive agile processes to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
