The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of product management experience and a strong background in modern data architecture and Finance.

This role can be based in various locations or remotely in the United States. MongoDB offers competitive salaries ranging from $108,000 to $212,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 3 – 5 years of strong, technical Product Management experience, specifically managing data-as-a-product.
• Deep familiarity with modern data architecture, including lakehouse and medallion models.
• Experience handling sensitive data and SOX compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for financial data products.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate business problems into data requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy data pipelines and dashboards.
