A leading data platform company is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to drive the strategy and vision for internal data products. You'll lead efforts in building impactful data tools and collaborate with various teams to enhance user experience and product adoption. Ideal candidates will have extensive product management experience and a strong understanding of modern data architecture. The role can be based in New York City or remotely within the East Coast region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, with at least two years focused on data products or platforms.
• Experience with stakeholders in advanced engineering organizations is critical; strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes.
• Deep familiarity with modern data platforms and tools that operationalize insights.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MongoDB’s Data teams and products.
• Collaborate deeply with P&T teams to ensure data products address their unique challenges.
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure success and iterate on continuous improvement.
