Job summary

PepsiCo Data & Analytics is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead delivery of data and analytics for PepsiCo's Consumer and Commercial data products. You will define roadmaps, translate business needs to data requirements, and lead PODs through agile ceremonies to deliver end-to-end solutions across data science, engineering, governance, and BI teams.

A strong communicator and leader will drive adoption and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8 years of Data Product Management in business facing functions with agile/product lifecycle.
• 3+ years of analytics/big data or enterprise SaaS experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the product/data roadmap and capture comprehensive requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical data requirements.
• Partner with governance/stewardship and leadership for alignment and adoption.
• Drive adoption of data solutions and measure outcomes with stakeholders.
