Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Data Product Manager to drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data products across domains hosted on GCP. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable, production‑ready data products that deliver measurable insights.

Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, prioritizing features, and guiding agile delivery. Strong data engineering and governance fundamentals are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience leading end‑to‑end product management with data analytics and data engineering solutions, including roadmap execution and data model development.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including open lakehouse architectures and medallion‑based data products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary delivery partner for GCP teams, shaping solution approaches, delivery plans, and customer adoption strategies.
• Lead discovery with stakeholders to define data product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, roadmaps, and value‑focused product backlogs.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment and value realization.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of data products supporting pricing optimization, parts availability insights, lead scoring, and analytics.
• Lead cross‑functional delivery teams through Agile execution.
• Ensure data products follow medallion architecture for quality and scalability.
