Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Data Product (GCP) in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will own the data product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs, collaborating with engineering, analytics, design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, governed data solutions that empower merchandising and store operations.

You will lead with a strong emphasis on data quality, governance, and end-to-end product ownership, partnering across teams to drive value and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of data product experience.
• Hands-on with SQL and data-driven decisions.
• Experience in agile environments.
• Ability to bridge business objectives and technical requirements.
• Ability to partner with Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, Data Governance, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a data product within Target's data portfolio to deliver measurable business value.
• Develop product strategy, roadmap, and OKRs for the data product.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a dependable data product.
• Prioritize backlog based on customer themes, epics, and stories including governance and quality requirements.
• Be the voice of the product to stakeholders and align cross-functional teams around goals.
