Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Data Product Manager to drive data product delivery and long‑term value across data domains hosted on GCP. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable, production‑ready data products aligned with Carrier’s priorities.

The role blends customer-facing leadership with strong data engineering and data product creation skills to enable an open lake house architecture and enterprise transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/DS/Engineering with 10+ years (Master) or 12+ years (Bachelor) of end-to-end product management experience.
• 5+ years of Data Engineering on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with open lakehouse architectures and medallion‑based data products.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering production-grade data analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GCP teams to shape solution approaches, delivery plans and customer adoption strategies.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of data products including pricing optimization, parts availability insights and lead scoring.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams through Agile execution and ensure medallion architecture for quality and scalability.
• Translate business needs into technical specs, roadmaps, and value-focused product backlogs.
