Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Product Owner certification or Product Management certification required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant product manager experience.
• Experience delivering data products, analytics platforms, or data-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems including warehousing and data lakes.
• Experience with cross-functional data and analytics teams.

• Develops and governs domain-driven data product strategy and portfolio aligned to outcomes.
• Defines and standardizes domain data concepts, entities, relationships, and KPI logic.
• Leads data product roadmap and prioritization to align to business value.
• Translates business needs into models, contracts, and product structures.
• Establishes data governance, quality, lineage, metadata, and stewardship standards.
• Owns and prioritizes the data product backlog and coordinates cross-team dependencies.
• Engages leaders to align priorities and drive value-based investment decisions.
• Analyzes data usage, quality, and product performance to refine direction.
