Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a hands-on Product Manager to operate the Data Product Marketplace and enterprise catalog for Defense & Systems. You’ll own onboarding, catalog discovery, self-service access workflows, and adoption metrics to demonstrate value.

You’ll work with Data Product Owners, define SLAs and health scores, manage cross‑domain stakeholders, and drive adoption while aligning with the enterprise roadmap and standards set by senior architects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years, or Associate's with 8 years, or high school with 10 years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Data Product Management & Data Marketplace Operations or IT.
• Military experience counts toward professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace and catalog backlog: search, discovery, previews, self-service access.
• Prioritize backlog by adoption impact and enterprise roadmap.
• Manage onboarding and certification intake with Data Product Owners.
• Define SLAs, uptime targets, health scores for data products.
• Track adoption metrics and report value realization to leadership.
• Coordinate with Data Quality Analysts on validation and SLA fit.
• Engage stakeholders across multiple P&Ls without formal authority.
