Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong collaboration and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a multi-workstream roadmap.
• 5+ years of TPM experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs.
• Solid understanding of large-scale data platforms and tradeoffs in modernization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with dashboards/insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multi-quarter portfolio of data platform modernization programs (CDC/Kafka/Flink migrations).
• Drive cross-team execution across many producer/consumer teams and manage risk.
• Build program dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility and savings validation.
• Own reporting/tracking for a large data infrastructure portfolio with DRIs and stakeholders.
• Communicate technical tradeoffs and program status to engineers and senior leadership.
• Leverage GenAI to accelerate EP PgM artifacts and modernize workflows.
• Prototype AI-assisted solutions (dashboards, tooling) to augment decision making.
