Job summary

The role requires hands-on experience as a database developer/engineer and a proven ability to translate technical work into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager role with engineering or data platform focus.
• Hands-on experience with database technologies and data warehousing.
• Strong communication and leadership in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritized backlog for database development initiatives.
• Define a clear product vision and roadmap for the data platform.
• Write detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between data engineering, analytics, security, and infrastructure.
• Mentor junior team members and improve agile processes.
