Job summary

ESPN, within Disney Entertainment & ESPN Product & Technology, seeks a Senior Product Manager for the centralized data platform that unifies identity, device, and enterprise customer data to empower analytics and activation across businesses.

You will define vision and strategy, collaborating with Engineering, Privacy, Governance, and Business teams to deliver scalable, compliant data products and modernize legacy pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics or related discipline is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in data product management, platform development, data engineering, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience with third‑party identity resolution and data enrichment vendors (e.g., Acxiom, TransUnion, Experian)
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and scalable data solutions
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional engineering teams and managing vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Own and define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the centralized data platform
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Architecture, Privacy, Governance, and Business Teams to build scalable, compliant data products
• Manage integrations with identity matching and data enrichment vendors to enhance customer profiles
• Oversee onboarding of new business units’ data into the platform for enrichment and activation
• Ensure data is accessible for analytics, ML, and marketing use cases
• Develop clear product documentation, briefs, roadmaps, and success metrics
• Communicate feature launches and business impact to stakeholders
• Identify risks and blockers across teams
