Job summary

Globaldev Group is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to join our Data Platform team, focusing on designing, building, and evolving scalable data infrastructure that powers analytics, product applications, AI workloads, and large-scale model execution.

You will own the full lifecycle of our data stack using Terraform and Kubernetes, build high-volume ingestion pipelines, ensure data quality and governance, and optimize memory and performance for cost efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Data Platform/Infra Engineer.
Experience building scalable data infrastructure in Data Lake architectures.
Experience with Kubernetes and workload autoscaling using KEDA.
Proficiency with Snowflake, Python, SQL, and IaC (Terraform).
Experience with Airflow or Prefect for data orchestration.

Responsibilities

Build high-volume batch and near-real-time ingestion services.
Design and implement data solutions in a distributed microservices environment.
Develop and optimize large-scale data pipelines for batch and streaming use cases.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance.
Manage Kubernetes infrastructure and dynamic scaling with KEDA.
Own the data stack lifecycle using Terraform and Kubernetes, from provisioning to runtime.
