Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in backend development (Go/Java/Python).
• Experience moving and storing TBs of data or hundreds of millions of records.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalable, observable services.
• Expertise in messaging systems and distributed data stores (NoSQL).
• Experience with one or more public clouds (AWS, GCP).
• Infrastructure as code and highly available systems experience.
• Bias for action with entrepreneurial drive.
• Track record delivering complex projects in enterprise-grade environments.
• Strategic thinking with strong technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core data platform components for business process orchestration and workflows.
• Build scalable, resilient services to support data integration, event processing, and platform extensions.
• Contribute to evolving product functionality servicing large data and traffic.
• Write high-quality, testable code with accountability for quality.
• Collaborate across teams and mentor others, sharing best practices.
• Work in a hybrid cloud infrastructure across distributed components.
• Translate product goals into actionable engineering plans.
