Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years in technical design and development.
• 2+ years with data methodologies and advanced data structures.

Responsibilities

• Design database solutions that are robust, scalable, and adaptable.
• Lead root cause analysis and assess impact of changes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advise on database technologies.
• Develop data environments that support automated and observable data pipelines.
• Standardize design approaches across teams and work with architects.
• Identify data quality issues and ensure data integrity.
• Promote data reuse across the company and participate in cross-team efforts.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
