Job summary

Moloco is seeking a senior data engineer to design and scale data pipelines powering Moloco Commerce Media. You will build complex ETL processes, improve data quality, and collaborate with Infrastructure, ML, Data Science, Analytics, and Production teams to deliver robust data infrastructure.

You will lead a small team, mentor teammates, and contribute to high-impact projects shaping our data-driven advertising platform in a fast-growing retail media space.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong skills in data modeling, analytics, or big data processing.
• Experience with ads infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Improve cost effectiveness of data pipelines, storage, and databases.
• Design and implement data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Enhance system scalability, availability, and performance across Moloco Commerce Media’s data infrastructure.
• Develop internal tools to boost developer productivity and system efficiency.
• Mentor a small team and lead high-impact projects.
