Job summary

DoubleVerify's Rockerbox unit is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to own key data platform components. You will drive design and implementation of scalable pipelines, lakehouse data flows, and semantic layer contracts that power UI, CLIs, and AI agents.

You will collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure reliable data delivery, build observability, and raise data quality while leveraging Python/Go and modern cloud data technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building production systems with reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Experience with contract-driven API design and semantic/serving layers built on data lakes/warehouses.
• Proficiency in Python/Go and strong SQL; ability to choose the right tool for the job.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead technical execution across the seam between data foundation and semantic layer; ensure reliable data flows into downstream products.
• Design and implement scalable data endpoints and pipelines; optimize data efficiency and system performance.
• Collaborate with Product/Data/Applications/Data Science to define requirements and deliver timely data.
