TalentHop is seeking a Staff Data Platform Engineer to advance our cloud data infrastructure. You will design, deploy, and optimize scalable databases, build secure provisioning, and improve monitoring across production data systems.

You will mentor senior engineers, lead cross‑team technical discussions, and shape disaster recovery strategies while aligning data tooling with evolving product needs. This is a hands-on role with broad influence on architecture and reliability.

• Strong database administration and infrastructure-as-code expertise.
