Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Data Engineer to architect and operate our production data ingestion, integration, analytics, and platform solutions. You will design scalable pipelines in AWS using Dagster and develop analytics models in Snowflake and dbt, deploying containerized services via ECS/Fargate.

You will establish CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions, manage secure configurations, and implement data governance across environments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with five years of relevant experience.
• Five years designing and supporting integration solutions and data-intensive Python applications.
• Experience with REST APIs and Python frameworks such as FastAPI.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Four years building cloud-native data solutions on AWS/Azure; Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and operate production data ingestion, integration, analytics, and data-platform solutions.
• Design scalable pipelines in AWS using Dagster; develop analytics models in Snowflake and dbt.
• Establish CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions and secure configurations in AWS Secrets Manager.
• Build data applications using Fivetran, Python, FastAPI, and Streamlit; enforce data governance.
