Altruist is building an AI-native platform for wealth professionals in the United States. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design scalable data pipelines and data-serving platforms that empower financial advisors.

You will help embed AI capabilities across the software lifecycle and ensure data quality across diverse sources, enabling better client service. You will collaborate cross-functionally, own critical data workflows, and work with modern data ecosystems including Snowflake,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience with data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and scalable data processes.
• Kubernetes and AWS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high performance data pipelines across the full data lifecycle.
• Create foundational AI platforms within the company.
• Advocate for AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure data integrity across multiple sources.
• Optimize query performance and troubleshoot data issues.
