Work Environment

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. All team members work on-site to foster a strong, unified culture, but we also offer flexible schedules. Our campus features designated workspaces and various zones for work and relaxation.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and tech teams to design, build, and maintain high-performance data platforms and infrastructure. Your goal is to create a scalable data platform that empowers us to serve millions with clarity, confidence, and insights.

You’ll help shape our Enterprise Data Warehouse and data ecosystem, ensuring stability, security, and growth readiness. Your work will enable smarter decisions and deeper insights across the company.

Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining data platforms
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices
• Experience with database technologies and languages
• Cloud experience, preferably AWS
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Success Indicators

• Partnering with product management to identify and solve data problems
• Prioritizing capability development and supporting EDW ecosystems
• Optimizing cloud platform performance and cost
• Educating partners on best practices and performance tuning
• Continuously improving engineering skills and industry awareness
