Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $100,000- $130,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

In this role, you’ll team up with business leaders, stakeholders, and tech teams across Ramsey Solutions to design, build, and maintain high-performance data platforms and infrastructure. This team's goal is to create a scalable data platform that empowers us to serve millions of people with clarity, confidence, and life-changing insights.

You’ll be at the forefront of shaping our Enterprise Data Warehouse and data platform ecosystem, ensuring it’s not just stable and secure but also built for growth and innovation. Your work will enable smarter decisions, deeper insights, and real business value across every corner of our company.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 6+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining data platforms and infrastructure.
• You excel in using object-oriented programming language.
• You are proficient with software engineering best practices.
• You have experience with database technologies and languages.
• You have experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS).
• You have the ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Partner with product management to identify Ramsey-wide analytic and business data problems and architecting solutions to solve them.
• Assess, scope, and prioritize capability development while providing support for the Ramsey EDW, data platform, and related ecosystems.
• Work with cloud platform components, services, and service providers to achieve maximum uptime and performance with optimal cost.
• Work with and educate partners across Ramsey on EDW and platform best practices, including performance tuning and optimal 3rd party tool integration.
• Continually build your engineering craft and awareness of industry trends and technologies around enterprise data platforms and warehousing.
