Infinite Computer Solutions in Maryland seeks a hands-on Senior Technical Lead to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, define scalable architectures, and shepherd projects from inception through production deployment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams and large-scale data initiatives.
• Hands-on Snowflake architecture, implementation, and optimization.
• Advanced Python development experience.
• Strong AWS experience (S3, Glue, Lambda, EMR, Athena).
• Experience with ETL/ELT and enterprise data integration.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture, design, and delivery of data and analytics platforms.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performance solutions leveraging Snowflake, AWS, and Python.
• Review technical designs and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define data models, integration patterns, and governance strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Own delivery of complex data initiatives from requirements through deployment and support.
• Drive project planning, estimation, resource allocation, and execution management.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate across business, product, architecture, QA, and engineering teams.
• Promote DevOps practices and code quality across teams.
