JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Lead Software Engineer-Python, AWS, Big Data within Corporate Technology‑Digital Workflows. You will join an agile team to design and deliver data pipelines, storage, access, and analytics solutions that are secure, stable, and scalable.

You will develop and maintain production-grade data pipelines across diverse tech areas to support the firm’s business objectives. You will leverage Python, FAST API, Spark, and AWS services (Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, ECS) while

Qualifications

Formal software engineering grounding with 5+ years of applied experience.
Experience with big data platforms and data engineering concepts.
Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
End-to-end experience Developing Data Pipeline Processes.
Proficiency in Python, FAST API, Spark.
Experience with AWS services including Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, ECS.

Responsibilities

Builds data processing pipelines and deploys applications to production.
Design and deliver reliable data collection, storage, access, and analytics solutions.
Develop secure, high-quality production code and review code written by others.
Identify opportunities to automate remediation and improve operational stability.
Promote responsible AI use and set expectations for AI outputs within delivery practices.
Lead evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams on architecture and credentials.
Drive adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices.
