Job summary

Phoenix Staff is seeking a Senior Data Migration Validation Analyst to support enterprise data migration projects in a hybrid Phoenix environment. You will validate data across systems, perform reconciliations, review source-to-target mappings, and verify transformation logic using SQL, with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud data structures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/related field.
5+ years of experience with SQL Server and data validation/testing.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce data structures.
Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, joins, CTEs, and data analysis.
Experience with data migration, ETL validation, or large-scale data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Validate data across multiple systems throughout the migration lifecycle.
Perform reconciliation activities including record comparisons, data checks, and validation reporting.
Review source-to-target mappings and verify transformation logic using SQL.
Validate Salesforce data structures, relationships, and loaded records.
Identify, document, and assist with resolution of data discrepancies.
Develop scripts and tools to automate data comparison and validation processes.
