NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Migration Engineer to lead enterprise data modernization efforts from design through production. This role blends data engineering with Oracle DBA expertise, using Python, dbt, Airflow, and SQL to deliver reliable migrations and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience solving complex data engineering problems, from design through build and delivery.
• Proficient in Python for data processing and orchestration tasks.
• Strong SQL skills including complex joins and data modeling.
• Hands-on Oracle DBA experience with PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
• Experience with dbt core and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Airflow DAGs and workflow scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design data engineering solutions from design to delivery.
• Develop and support dbt workflows across environments.
• Create and maintain Oracle PL/SQL packages, schemas, and jobs.
• Develop Airflow DAGs and manage scheduling and monitoring.
• Lead Git branching, CI/CD release processes, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot data and workflow failures and drive root-cause analysis.
• Mentor developers on design standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with DBAs, QA, and client stakeholders.
